There's not.. you could try obtaining shape files of the place (census term for cities) boundaries and importing them, rendering them according to some criteria you set up.. not for the faint of heart, but would be a conceivable work-around. Here's the census "gateway" to get you started: http://www.census.gov/main/www/cen2000.html
