EULA Question

Am I correct in reading in the EULA that I cannot create an online store locator with that works in the following way using the MapPoint COM stuff?

Specs:
-MSSQL Database that stores names and addresses of dealerships.
-Single MapPoint file, linked through a UDL to the SQL Database, that updates through a webpage to update the map.
-A webpage that, when accessed, does a QueryCircle on a Location matching a zipcode and distance, after which the results are displayed on the same web page?

Not that I can actually get this to work, but after two days of getting DCOM errors, I figure I better make sure that if I do its legal.

Thanks,
Ere

The best place to check is maplic@microsoft.com

The EULA expressly prohibits Internet use, that is clear. But I understand you might be able to serve calculations made using MapPoint, but not the map itself (?).

Also, I think it's OK in an Intranet situation where all the users have a MapPoint license.

Just an update...

I emailed MS as was suggested, and the response was that I would have been violating the EULA,
