GPS compatability

I have a Garmin Etrex Legend, with V 3.60 and just the Factory installed maps. No Mapsource Data. I use Mappoint extensively with my job and am curious if there are ways to upload Routes/Tracks into Mappoint from the GPS itself and Vice Versa. I've been able to connect and use it with my laptop and track my position, but I'm wanting to be able to give the unit to my Delivery Drivers and then at the end of the day Upload that back into Mappoint. I'm hoping there's a way that I can upload the saved tracks that they've done along with the Trip computer information. That way I don't need to drag my laptop around. I hope this makes sense to what I'm trying to accomplish, If anyone has any suggestions let me know. Thanks.

I've transferred data from an eTrex Legend to MapPoint using GPS Babel. This imports the data into a file that can be imported as pushpins.
It is a bit convoluted, and the "track" is imported in the form of pushpin "breadcrumbs".

GPSBabel is a Swiss-army-knife track/file converter. Donation-ware. Command line, multi-platform, etc.

Thanks. I discovered GSAK just last week while I've been "Playing around" and becoming educated on GeoCaching with my GPSr I'd heard about GPSbabel, but didn't know exactly what it did, thanks for the help.
