It sounds like a DLL is not registered. Did it work before and now all of a sudden stop working or is this a new install? Did the error message give you any other information? something like: Class not registered. Looking for object with CLSID:{AC9F2F90-E877-11CE-9F68-00AA00574A4F} Could you email me a screen print of the error message?
