After you unzip it, you have to hook the COM Add-in into your version of MapPoint. This is done via the Tools>COM Add-Ins menu. Once you've done this, an additional menu item will show up on the Tools menu. Select this, and the Spatial Import dialog will pop up, allowing you to select files to import. |
