Hello Everyone I looked thorugh the forum for this problem but didn't see any that really matched. I just received Map Point 2004 and am attempting to install. I choose full and allow to integrate with office apps. When I click the button to start the install it hangs for a few minutes. The status bar does nothing and then it goes to a screen that says to install MS Mappoint 2004 please run setup again and I press the finish button. If I try to rerun setup it says setup already running. I look in the tasks and setup.exe is there. This is on a W2K advanced server with SQL and office 2003 installed. I thought maybe media was the prob but was able to install on another server. This is really frustrating if I had an error message I could deal with it but no error .

Just as a follow-up if anyone ever sees this the problem is that your XML parser is outta wack. I was going to check and see if there was a windows update for my server and when I went to the sight it mysteriously came up with a XML 3.0 parser error and had directions to go to the download search for XML parser 3.0
9latest at my time was SP4 and install it. After installing instillation went fine one gripe I have is the status bar didn't do anything again but I suppose I could live with that
