I'm not aware of the issue.. what part is it omitting? Would it be possible to recontruct the missing part if it's a larger geography (i.e. state or county?). Otherwise, can you accomplish what you need with the (free) data at census.gov? Good luck keywords: census tract, census.gov, duplicate
