Mappoint ActiveX with VisualC++ 6

HI.
I´m thinking in use Mappoint ActiveX control to add Mappoint functionaliti to an application I´m developing.
It seems all documentation that Microsoft provides about this control is oriented to Visual Basic, and my application is coded in Visual C++.

Anybody knows if will have any trouble with VC++ and Mappoint ActiveX.

Thanks in advance.

There only seem to be samples for controls in a dialog app. I've tried the same methods in a single document app and it displays the map fine, I can move the cursor over it without problems, but as soon as I click on the MapPoint window it crashes within the MapPoint control in what looks like a stack overflow.

Ideas anyone?

Thanks,
Jon.

I'm having the same problems with stack overflow when embedding the ActiveX control in a View. Btw my version i MapPoint 2004 (EU) with version 11.0 of the MapPointControl.

Did anyone find a solution to this problem?
Thanks
