Mappoint capabilities

I am interested in using Mappoint to plot sales by zip codes in a five and/ or twenty mile radius of a store.

Can Mappoint create a map of zip codes in a five and/or twenty mile radius of a given location or zip code?

In other words, if I give Mapoint a specific location or a specific zip code, can I create a map of all the zip codes in a twenty miles radius of that location or zip code?

Then input sales figures for each zip code on the created map?
