Need to export Pocket Streets map that only covers route.

Is there a way to export a Pocket Streets map with data only near the defined driving route (e.g. tracing a selected road area) so that you can fit a larger trip into one file? This way a GPS could track your planned route and eliminate the map area that you don't need that bloats the MPS file.
