Problem updating linked records

I have a user that is having a problem with updating linked record. This one user only get 8 records in one of the pushpin sets when he tries update linked records. All other pushpin sets update fine. Each pushpin set is linked to a seperate tab on the same spreadsheet. The spreadsheet appears to be fine, all data is populated, but when he attempts to update he only gets 8 out of 520 records on one of the pushpin sets. Using that same files, I can not recreate the problem on my machine. Any ideas? I really hope someone has one because I am about to pull my hair out.
