The answer to your problem is to select the shape in question. Right click and select the option Order/Send Behind Roads. It appears that when a shape is set to be behind roads then the shape will always be behind the pushpins regardless of any instruction to send to front or send to back. To revert to having the shape in front of the pushpins then select Order/Bring in Front of Roads. hope this helps. |
