The DATA, which includes all the demographic and related information are owned by EASI or its suppliers and are protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You must therefore treat the DATA as you would any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording).

Grant of license

This EASI License Agreement, referred to as DATA, gives you the right to use the EASI data product on your PC.

Restrictions

You may not sell, rent, or lease the DATA.

No other warranties

To the maximum extent allowed by law, EASI disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied. This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a single use, with respect to the DATA, and the accompanying written materials.

No liability for any subsequent damages

To the maximum extent allowed by law, in no event shall EASI or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this EASI product, even if EASI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
