I am a current MP2K user. Is there a way to display the names for all pushpins in a set, without selecting each one individually? Also, if you have a map displayed on the screen and print it on a large format printer, will the program automatically include as much street data as possible, or will it be exactly as shown on-screen?

Answer:

Displaying the names or details of all pushpins in a set is a frequent request. It is easy to accomplish via the programming model but there is no simple feature in the standard user interface for this.

When you print to a large format printer, MapPoint will print exactly what you see on the screen. It does not use the extra space on a large paper format to optimize the content (adding more labels or street detail).
