Is there anyway to plot your information at one time on the map, instead of clicking on a pushpin to see the information related to the pushpin? My old mapping program would let me highlight information in my spreadsheet that I wanted to see and the program would label everything on the map I highlighted. i.e. the label could consist of Client Names and mailing addresses.

Answer:

There is no feature in the user interface to automatically show the information for all pushpins on a map. However, with a little bit of programming code, this is very easy to achieve.
