Is it possible to have MapPoint2002 create a pushpin automatically from a Postcode? It works when the textual address is entered, but when the Postcode is used the map just centred on the location without any pushpin creation. Thanks.

Answer:

I assume this is intentional behavior, as entering cities or postcodes in the find dialog is generally used for quickly finding a location and centering the map around an area. Only street addresses get a pushpin when you use the Find dialog.
