I'm using MP2K, Our territory is approx. 150 miles around Houston,Texas . I have 4 salesmen that cover this territory. Divided by Zip codes. I have known zip codes linked from Excel are not being reconized or plotted by MP2K. How can this be corrected?

Answer:

I'm not sure I understand your question. What are the ZIP codes that aren't being recognized? When you created the territories, could you see these ZIP code areas on the map? If the ZIP code areas that your company covers are on the map and properly assigned to your 4 territories, any data for these ZIP codes that you try to map in MapPoint should be recognized and plotted properly in MapPoint.

Send more details to website@mp2kmag.com and we'll look at this in more detail for you.
