Using the shaded circle map and linked data, can I add some VB code which would show me much more linked info in the yellow box (e.g., customer sales, contact name, phone#, etc.) when I mouse-over the circle and/or in the Show Information function? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer:

As far as we know, there is no method for adding additional text to the yellow mouse-over pop-ups. There also doesn't appear to be a way to add more fields to the Show Information box for shaded circles.

You can however work around this limitation by bringing in your records twice. First, you bring in your data as simple pushpins, making sure that you mark all the fields you are interested in for display in the Show Information balloon. Then select all pushpins and display their full information balloons. Finally, bring the same data in again, but this time using the shaded circle map type. The shaded circles will overlap the pushpins, but the pushpin balloons should still be visible.
