in adding vendors in the excel side to be linked to the map we have many providers with the same address & our corporation finds that the addresses works best as using it as the primary key. however when linking, it reads the addresses as duplicate values and only recognizes it as one company. any suggestions. thank you

Answer:

If you have multiple rows with the same address, and you consider these separate items that all need to be mapped, making the address filed the primary key is a bad idea. You should use a unique field as the primary key.
