I understand how to right click on a push pin, open a new dataset, and place that pushpin in the new dataset. Is there a way to do this with a group of pushpins at one time? Ideally, I would like to draw a closed shape around a set of points, then move them all to a new data set, with its own new symbol.
Answer:
Sorry, I can't see how to do this. There is just no way that I can see
to select multiple pushpins or use a shape to do this. I'm pretty sure
this could be done in code with VB using the ActiveX control, but not in
the regular MapPoint interface.
