Several Postcodes in England have now been changed (in the last 9 mths)are there any downloads available to correct these changes or will I have to wait for & pay for MapPoint 2003? As we are thinking of equiping our Sales force of approx 160 with MapPoint, but if it is necessary to purchase new versions every year, we may have to re think...

Answer:

There is no way to currently change the underlying maps and data in MapPoint. The annual versions are currently the only way to get updates.

The good news is that MapPoint's price is so much lower than any other GIS solution, that it still may make more sense that the alternatives that cost more to start and still want more for updates.
