I am developing a website for my realestate company using VB.Net and Mappoint 2002. The EULA for Mappoint 2002 limits the number of Views displayed on-line to 1000. Does this mean my application must limit the number of Maps to 1000, or that I can only have 1000 Hits to my website? Obviously, the latter would not be practicle. Do you have any contact information for Microsofts legal department?

The EULA limits the number of static maps exported from MapPoint 2002 and used on a web site to 1000 per license. IMHO, you can have any number of hits to the website, but for each 1000 maps you export for use on the web, you need to own a separate MapPoint license.
