In using Optimization for a route, is there any way to have the software take into account that some stops are timed. For example: We have a circular route that repeats during the day. If we optimize, the software has the courier stopping at the same site in sequence, which is useless for us.
Is there any programming that can be done to setup those stops that are timed and optimize the ones where time is less important?

When you say the stop is timed, I assume you mean that you want to arrive at a specific time. If so, use the "PreferredArrival" property to set this. But don't Optimize the route. Optimize will want the route to take the least possible time, therefore it won't go to a location and leave it and come back to it at another time. You will have to programmatically blend an optimized route, with the fixed times you want set. You may have to calculate StopTime properties for each stop.

Can optimize for routes be modified so it looks at both preferred times and efficient routes?
