The company gave me an Excel spreadsheet with customer information on it. I imported customer info (name, address, zip, phone etc.) with the Data Mapping Wizard. If I select an area on the map and export it, all I get in excel is the zip, county and the number of customers in that zip. I need the customer name, zip, phone, etc. I am trying to quantify the mailing by selecting different geographic areas where we had the mailer sent out, so I can hand my salespeople a list of leads so they can follow up on the mailers. How can I retrieve this data?
