Hi, is it possible to insert a new map with only the railroads of Europe.

Unfortunately it's not possible to work with the built-in layers at that level of specificity, just the 5 map styles in the View Menu. If you had some shape or mif/mid formatted files of the railroads you might import those, change to the data map, and it might do something like what you are wanting. - Eric
